Cover renewable energy needs and/or eloica of eligible communities in the State of Texas under U.S. energy policy.

The PWE objective is to produce and provide renewable energy over the next 4 decades to various regions of the State that have the climatic conditions, simultaneously growing and expanding its offer and investment in clean energy for the consumer, taking into account the global trend in this context.

In 2021, renewable energy generation increased by 9.1% year-on-year in April, reaching 71.6 millionMWm, with solar power up 34.4% and wind power up 22.1%. We are proud to continue supporting the United States in its transition to green energy.

Business Model

Investment: will be composed of an estimated amount of 28 million USD which 3.6 USD will be from private investors for the purchase of the land where the Farm will be installed

The remaining 24.3 USDM was financed to my company through bank financing, (the amounts are approximate)

The investment is a safe model of return since electric energy is a basic input, the energy produced will be billed in a single monthly periodic operation to the Local COMPANIES who will be the client, and this will be responsible for the final distribution to the consumer.
